JdF Preparations

Wand

• Doug's selected a tubing (150F limit and metal reinforced) that looks promising.  30' necessary; may need to heat it to get curl out.
• Pumps and fittings are here.
• Need to check with Pete on whether Ti screen is necessary, or is SS okay?
• Brent leaving June 9 - July 6.  Must do much rejiggering

  DWSM

• New encoder is in and has depressurized from 3100psi (but did have 900W peak!)
• Sample bags still has broken switches
• Resample side needs hydraulic damper added

  Other

• ISUS.  Will check with Luke on where the development of Deep ISUS is.  Must be tuned to sulfides.
• ISMS.  Must have it before tank testing.

  Dates

 April 25 -- First build of DWSM and wand test.  Probes from Pete should be ready for printing.

April 27 -- Roman returns from WHOI

May 2 -- Core testing begins.  Sphere Electronics are in.

May 9 -- Second DWSM build

May 16 -- Gordon Ready?

May 27 -- Gordon must be in ball  (this likely to move FORWARD, as we'll be ready sooner)

June 20 -- In test tank

Software

• GUI.  Would be good to get Stanford folks access to GUI and link shore-station data to our external FTP-site.
• Kevin to look into getting I.S. to r-sync to shore station and deal with this.

WHOI Deployment

• Bruce has made it!!
• Reminded that we should try and get acceleration data on our moorings in this area of fast tides.
• Scott got Andy's accelerometers (pieces) and will build two... 
• We must still press WHOI to mount CTD on ESP-Chris so we know what's going on down at the can.
